We work with Travellers to build a just, inclusive and welcoming community in and through faith

Campaigning for Justice

campaigning_for_justice_5Protests help bring issues to the public’s attention. Issues such as poor accommodation, dreadful health statistics, inadequate and poor access to education, an all prevailing discrimination and social exclusion need to be spoken about and brought into the public forum.

If these realities are to be effectively changed then they need to be seriously spoken about and acted upon by both Travellers and settled people together in a spirit of respect and appreciation of difference.

As a Christian people, we seek to move the world closer to where God wants it to be. We
Witness to God’s reign when we strive for justice and peace all people.

The church defends the genuine human values of all peoples especially those who are oppressed, defenceless and excluded… as they confront the overwhelming power of the structures of sin in modern society.
